I love challenges and realize that in order to succeed in business, you must be creative. There is a real opportunity to change the face of business through emerging markets because we can take a leadership role in shaping the way the market is created. Research, policy, industry partnerships, best practices, and teamwork are some of my favorite tools to make the changes needed.

Melita Kyriakou
My specialty is setting up sustainable, self-running systems that are compliant with regulations. At the same time, I ensure these systems are able to adapt to company growth and evolve with constant industry changes. I seek to maximize efficiencies and weed out redundancies along the path to achieving strategic goals. I do all this by finding and using the best tools for the job. I work to ensure that my clients’ teams are accountable, invested, and prepared to truly commit to the job at hand.

I have committed my career to ensuring the workforce of each consulting client is set up to win. When the people are taken care of, only then can success flourish. All employees and owners crave structure and answers to “what happens when…?” I provide the foundation that shapes those answers.

Years ago, a professor used to have us chant “We love profits!” which made me cringe because I noticed a link between social inequity, environmental destruction, and the dogmatic pursuit of profits. But I grew to appreciate the power of profits to drive economic equity, environmental repair, and sustainable companies. Now I’m passionate about improving mission-driven profits with companies by collaboratively developing and implementing financial and operational solutions that bridge gaps between current and desired business states.
